APPLICATION PROCESS

Step One: Call 770-218-1790 or Email school@tleacademy.com
The first step in the registration process is of course to have all your questions answered.  Therefore, please contact our office by phone or email and we will get back to you withing 24 hours to answer any question you may have.  We are proud of TLE and want you to have a good understanding of who we are and what we can do for you and your student.  Often the initial contact result in a visit to the school which we always encourage.  Sit in on a class, be part of TLE for a day or part thereof.  It cannot be better than that.+

John and Ellen Ahlberg along with Dr. Dee Lentsch interview parents with the children after school hours after 3:30 or on Fridays. Someone will call within 24 hours to answer your questions or set up an interview.

Step Two: Interview - best done in connection with a school visit
We encourage that if you are interested you ask for an on=site interview.  Why not do it at the end of the day or just before lunch in connection with your child sitting in on a class .  Now we can get into more specifics of your needs and our requirements to get an initial understanding if TLE Christian Academy is a good fit for you and your child.  This meeting typically only involve one of John or Ellen Ahlberg or Dee Lentsch.

Step Three;  Register on-line
We appreciate if you could register on-line as make the whole process more efficient for us.  At the same time you can get your application package (you might already have it from the visit). 


Step Four: Enrollment Review
Within 24 hours of the receipt of your application and $100.00 registration fee, we will review the application and begin the enrollment review.  We will get back to you within promply to schedule a meeting where we all get together.  During that more thorough meeting in which we dig deeper in order for all of us to have a good understanding if TLE is a win-win solution.  At the end of the meeting will give you a verbal acceptance of our interest or suggestion for an alternative solution for you.  At this time we will also give you an invoice that is our formal confirmation and commitment to you.


Step Five: Your decision to register
Once you have decided to join the TLE family, we ask you to send pay the Registration Invoice as your formal confirmation and commitment to us


Step Six:  Your Walk with TLE begins - first step Assessments
At the receipt of your payment we will get back to you promptly to schedule a suitable time for your child to come to us for assessments.  This is almost a one day event in which we conduct various assessments in the moring and in the afternoon ,or at a later time whatever is most suitable, go over with you the resuls and conclusions.  The assessments inlude:
      DISC temperament type

      Learning Styles & Learning Barriers

      Musement Indicators & Affinities

Step Six:  Your Walk with TLE begins - second step - Rector's Review
This is final formal step prior to school start, where the student and the Rector meet.  The purpose of this meeting is to set expectations regarding career, academics, community involvement, behavior.
