We believe a critical part of our success at TLE Academy is that we get the students to understand who they are, what they believe in and we give them an environment in which they safely can grow into who they want to be, where they want to go.  Although teaching them and encouraging is part of every lesson, an emphasis is also placed on the quarterly award ceremony of giving out Diamonds.  These Diamonds are worn on their lapels.

The more Diamonds they have, the more quarters they have received then in and thus the more reliable they are in behaving according to TLE Academy's values. In order for them to earn this award, they have to have behaved at least 70% of the quarter according to these values in these areas:

1.  Accepting Authority
    The student has to respect the authority of the teachers and table leaders and they have to adhered to our behavior values of: dress code, no bullying, proper language etc

2.  Representing TLE Academy
     The student has to show interest, respect and participate in the daily chores, taking care of school property and keeping track of their own materials.

3.  Supporting other students
     The student has to show respect to others in class, to help other students when they have difficulties etc.  The student needs to be a team player/servant

4.  Committed to own education
     The student have shown in action that they are committed to their own education.  This means that they should not miss assignments, be proactive and achieve passing grades in all subjects = B.
